We’re a small independent coffeehouse and event space, but this doesn’t mean we cut corners. We recognise both our appreciation and responsibility for the communities we call our own. We’re committed to a net positive business for our team, customers, and riverside space.
As our business expands, this awareness means we continuously check our perceived understandings against our core belief, that the best spaces are Motivated by Friendship, to ensure we stay true to ourselves. All our values flow from this centre.

This is where it all begins, the roof where our other values seek shelter. We nurture relationships through careful listening and understanding, to empathise with and support our people. We enable those we lead to feel valued and respected so they can outgrow themselves and do their best work.

We seek to build a business which welcomes diverse views, life experience, and thought. We aspire to remove the barriers to inclusivity by ensuring those who spend time at N-HR can express themselves freely and be met with open arms.
